All applications for membership are subject to a visit. This is to check their business complies with relevant legislation and make sure that appropriate customer service procedures are in place.

For businesses in all trade sectors including the motor trade, builders, plumbers and retailers. Businesses who become members undertake to operate their business in a legal, honest and fair way.
