It’s our intention to apply for a licence to breed dogs, but the existing facilities are outdated and in need of significant renovation. Having contacted Cornwall Council for advice, we were pleased to receive a visit from the Animal Licencing officer who was extremely helpful, offering suggestions as to how best to proceed with the proposed renovations.
