To help achieve our goal of a 5 star food hygiene rating we invested in the package which gave access to a food officer for 2 hours and a report to guide us on what would be required.

The officer who came to see us was absolutely fantastic and gave a wonderful service. He guided us through amongst other things the SFBB pack and labelling which was key to us. The officer arrived and told us about the Food Safety Direct package, immediately we signed up for it, and he and our chef went to work to bring our kitchen in line with the requirements.

We were awarded a 5 rating and the service we received from him was also 5 rating. Working as a team made a great difference to our staff's approach.
