My Pension Online is getting an upgrade!

We are introducing a brand-new Member Self-Service (MSS) Portal to replace My Pension Online. This improved system is easier to use and offers more features to help you manage your pension.

With MSS, you can: 

  • View your current pension details
  • Access previous Annual Benefit Statements
  • Updates your beneficiaries
  • and much more!

How to access the Member Self-Service Portal

New to the Cornwall Pension Fund?

You will need to create an account. Click the link below, select 'Create an account', and follow the on-screen instructions.

You will need:

  • A form of photo ID
  • (Optional) A mobile phone for two-factor authentication (you can set this up later if needed)

Already registered with My Pension Online?

You will still need to create a new account. Enter the email address you used previously, and our system will match your records. Confirm your email and follow the on-screen steps.

Do you live overseas?

SMS multi-factor authentication (MFA) is currently unavailable for members residing outside the country. Once you complete the sign-up process, please contact the Fund as soon as possible so we can disable this feature for your account.

Please note: Email MFA is not affected and will remain available.
