As the Cornwall Pension Fund (CPF) is a secure fund, your benefits:
- are independent of share prices
- are independent of stock market fluctuations
- are completely safe
- will increase every year, in line with the consumer prices index
Your pension benefits will be held in the fund until you start to receive them. transfer into another pension arrangement.
Alternatively you can elect to transfer into another pension arrangement. Once your pension has been transferred you no longer have benefits in the CPF.
