General Data Protection Regulation

Data protection law changed on 25 May 2018 with the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This webpage details our compliance to this and includes the relevant notices.

GDPR replaced the Data Protection Act 1998 and seeks to give individuals more control over how organisations use their data and introduces significant penalties for organisations that fail to comply with the rules.
