This scheme allows those who have a Blue Badge to park for free in our Pay and Display, and Pay on Exit car parks for a year. To be eligible for the scheme you must have a vehicle registered for NIL/Disabled tax.

You can apply for a parking dispensation which lets you park at a specific site where there are parking restrictions. It lasts for up to two weeks. They are only issued in specific, short term circumstances.
