The national Blue Badge scheme helps you park closer to your destination if you’re disabled.
The scheme does not apply in car parks. But we do have special arrangements for those parking with a Blue Badge in our Council car parks.

Free parking in our Pay and Display, and Pay on Exit car parks for a year if you have a Blue Badge. To be eligible for this scheme you must have a vehicle registered for NIL/Disabled tax.
For drivers of Adapted vehicles, this scheme allows free parking in our Pay and Display, and Pay on Exit car parks for three years.
