Adopted Cornwall Local Plan
The local plan is used to:
Help decide planning applications
Identify where development should and should not go
Protect our environment, heritage and landscapes
Support economic growth and infrastructure delivery
Ensure development contributes to climate resilience and biodiversity net gain

The Site Allocations DPD identifies specific sites in selected towns for:
Housing
Employment
Mixed-use development
It also protects some sites for employment uses.
