How to book a wedding at a licensed venue in Cornwall
To book a wedding at a licensed venue, you will first need to contact your chosen venue to reserve a provisional date. Once you have a provisional date, you can book your Celebrant Registrar either online or by phone.
Online booking is available at any time that suits you, whether you’re at the venue or later from home.
You can use the online booking system to check our availability and book Celebrant Registrars for your wedding.
Please note: You are only booking the Celebrant Registrars. You must book your wedding venue directly with the venue.

How to book a wedding at one of our Registration Offices
To book your distinctive, classic or simple wedding in one of our Registration Office ceremony rooms, please call us on 0300 1234 181 (option 3) or email mycornwallwedding@cornwall.gov.uk.
At the time of booking, you will need to pay a non-refundable £88 deposit to secure your chosen date, time, and venue.
If you would like to view one of our ceremony rooms, you can arrange an appointment using the same contact details.
Terms and Conditions
Your ceremony booking is subject to giving notice and paying the final ceremony fee. Your booking is subject to the following conditions;
No legal impediment to the marriage or civil partnership exists.
You are both able to give notice within the required time limits.
You must both give notice at least 28 days before your ceremony date. (We recommend giving notice at least three months before).
If either of you are foreign nationals and subject to immigration control you must give notice at lease 70 days before your ceremony date.
A non-refundable deposit of £88 is payable to secure this booking.
Your final payment will be due 4 weeks before the ceremony date. We will contact you before this date to ensure you can make payment on time. Failure to pay on time will result in cancellation of your ceremony.
For a licensed Venue; you are booking the registrars' attendance only. You must book the venue.
