Street cleaning

Please read our information on how we are supporting residents and businesses, as well as information on affected services.


We are responsible for cleaning streets and highways.  We also remove litter, leaves and plant debris from adopted highways, roads and Council owned land. 

Report a street that needs cleaning

Report any streets that need cleaning where there is not an immediate danger during working hours 7.00am to 8.00pm. 

To report an issue causing an immediate danger, please report a problem with a road or footway.


Dead animal

Report a dead animal on the highway, council land or beaches or beaches that are privately leased through the Council.


Fly-tipping on Council land

If you see someone fly-tipping or wish to report fly-tipped waste on council land, please report it to us, giving as much detail as possible.


Flyposting and Graffiti

Report graffiti on public buildings, street furniture or monuments as well as flyposted material.


Grass cutting

Report an overgrown area of land or footpath.

Litter and litter bins

Find out about litter and report an issue with a litter bin.


Needles and drug litter

Report drug related litter including needles, syringes and other hazardous items.

Please do not use this process to report anti social behaviour.
