Please read our information on how we are supporting residents and businesses, as well as information on affected services.
All rubbish must be put out for collection contained in disposable plastic bags. Collections start from 7.00 am - please make sure your rubbish is out by this time. Rubbish collections are for domestic households only.
We cannot take bulky waste in your rubbish collection. If it’s heavier than 25kg/50lb or longer than 1m, you can book a bulky waste collection or take it to a household waste and recycling centre.
We cannot take garden waste in your rubbish collection. Find out about our fortnightly garden waste collection service, how much it costs and when your collection day is.
Clinical waste bags and sharps bins are not collected with normal household rubbish. A separate vehicle collects them on a specific round so you need to tell us if you require this service.
