We offer a bulky waste collection service for items that are too big for our normal household rubbish or recycling collection service.

We charge for collecting bulky items.

Before you book

Make sure you understand the:

how to prepare your items for collection and
our cancellation and refund policies

We don’t collect bulky commercial waste. This includes waste from businesses, holiday lets and charities.

Pricing

We have 3 price categories for household bulky waste items:

1. Standard items

First 4 items: £44 per order
Up to 4 more items: £16 each

2. Small special items

£35 per item
Can be collected on their own or added to any order

3. Large special items

£53 per item
Can be collected on their own or added to any order

Your collection day

We collect bulky waste once a week in each postcode on a set day. You can check your area’s collection day on our Household Bulky Waste Collection Days page.

Collections take place Monday to Friday including Bank Holidays but not on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Booking a collection

You’ll see the price of each item as you add it to your basket.
You can book up to 8 items per order in any mix of categories.
You can only place one order per week. If you have more than 8 items, please place another order the following week.
