- Green outdoor caddy for food waste (Service change rollout areas 1 - 4 only)

If you have already placed an order for recycling containers and they have not been delivered within the timescale advised on your confirmation email, please do not place another order. You can request an update on your existing order instead using the button below. You will need the 12 digit reference number (which starts 10100) from the confirmation email you were sent when you placed your original order.

My recycling bags are worn out. What do I do with them?
Worn out or broken recycling bags that can no longer be used can be disposed of in your rubbish bin. If the new service has started in your area, this will be your new wheelie bin or protective sack.
Commercial waste
This form cannot be used by;
- businesses
- self-catering and holiday let properties
This is because they are not eligible to use the household collection service and must set up a commercial waste collection service.
Even if you are renting out your own home as temporary holiday accommodation, you cannot use the household collection service for waste generated during those periods.
