A Neighbourhood Plan is a document that sets out local planning policies for a parish or town. It forms part of the local development plan. The policies in the Neighbourhood Plan are used to help decide whether to approve planning applications for new buildings or changes to existing buildings or infrastructure. It is developed by the parish or town council, in collaboration with the community, and supported by Cornwall Council. Use the tiles to explore neighbourhood planning in more detail.
