Employer's Liability (EL)
Employer's liability insurance provides indemnity to the Council. It covers all claims which they shall be legally liable to pay for injury or disease suffered by an employee as a result of their employment activities.
The limit of liability for any one incident is £50m.
There is no geographical restriction on the policy.

As a Council we receive many requests for memorials and donations to create a focus for a memory of something or someone. Many of these requests are because a family member wishes to remember someone with a memorial or commemorate a birth, or wedding.
