The Council will not hold decision notices or completion certification for some projects. Including those ending:
- EW: Exempt Works
- IN: Initial Notice
- Preapp: Pre application advice
- CF: Cavity Fill
- Any ending naming a competent person scheme for example:
- HETAS
- ELECSA
- FENSA
- NICEIC
- STROMA
- GASSAFE
- NAPIT
- OFTEC
- CERTASS.
