Highly positive feedback

We would like to provide highly positive feedback about our registrar.  He took plenty of time to get to know us on a telephone consultation prior to the service. He was polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, sensitive, funny and informative about the order of events and how he would guide us on the day.

When the big day came, he arrived punctually with his colleague, whom he introduced to us and whom was equally as professional. We felt well prepared and calmed by the way he had prepared us and again ran through the way the service would be held.

We wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending the Registrar service to our friends, although it is most likely our children that are next in line.

Our registrar on the day deserves a medal. Both ladies were incredible, however having someone there on the day that could speak German and include my family in the ceremony the way they did was truly amazing!
