When buying a parking ticket or permit the information you provide will be used to assess your application. This information may also be shared with:
- our own and other local authority enforcement teams
- the police
- Cornwall Council Audit Services
This is to prevent and detect fraud.
Your data will be held securely and disposed of in line with Cornwall Council’s data retention schedule. Your data will not be transferred to any countries outside of the European Economic Area. We will not share your data with any other third party or use it for marketing or any purpose other than those stated.
