The owner of the Amity Tandoori, Redruth, has been fined £14,000 after a series of food inspections found the premises to be 'filthy and rancid'. Evidence of 10,000 years of Cornish history has been unearthed by Cornwall Council’s Cornwall Archaeological Unit (CAU) during the work to upgrade the A30 between Chiverton and Carland Cross.
