Role of local councils in planning
A close working relationship with Cornwall Council is essential....This can be done using a scale bar or ratio on the plan, such as 1:500 at A3. ...Planning Practice Guidance (paragraph: 023 Reference ID: 14-023-20140306) states:"Any plans or drawings must be drawn to an identified scale, and in the case of plans, must show the direction of north.
