The Leadership Board
brings together the leaders of organisations across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Through the board they work together to progress ambitions, and address challenges facing the area.

Role of the board
The board's role includes:
Provide collective and ambitious leadership for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, working together to unlock the area’s full economic, social, and environmental potential.
Be a united voice for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, promoting the area’s ambitions and engaging proactively at regional, national, and international levels to secure what communities and businesses need to thrive.
Lead and champion the Cornwall Plan 2050, driving delivery of its shared vision for a Fairer, more inclusive Cornwall and a Cleaner, Greener Cornwall embedding shared goals within member organisations’ strategies and plans.
Oversee and foster progress towards achievement of Cornwall Plan goals and work together, and with wider stakeholders, in finding solutions to issues and challenges that hold back success.
Work collaboratively towards achieving meaningful devolution, shaping strategic direction on priorities for future negotiations and championing opportunities for more local powers and funding.
Promote collaboration and shared solutions, working with and commissioning Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Executive Group to explore and develop proposals.
