Council tax on house of multiple occupation
If a property is a House of Multiple Occupation (HMO), the owner is usually liable for the council tax.
The definition of an HMO varies for different departments within the council.
For council tax, an HMO is defined as:
A property that has been built or adapted to be occupied by more than one person and they do not live as a single household
A property lived in by a person or persons and each household has separate ten.....

Engineering, Workshops and Stores
The Engineering, Workshops and Stores team based at Service Headquarters, provide:
A 24hr, 365 days a year out of hours response system
Respond to vehicles or equipment with a defect outside of the normal working hours
Help the Service to keep all stations and vehicles “On the Run” (the term we use when a vehicle is ready to respond to a 999 call).

Changing a Right of Way
Changes to public rights of way are possible. Using powers under either the Highways Act 1980 or the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The Definitive Map (the legal record of public rights of way) can also be changed using a Definitive Map Modification Order under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.
