For Parents and Carers

Parent and Carer support

We offer a range of support for parents and carers to help develop an understanding of ADHD and practical strategies that can be used at home, in school, and within everyday family life.

Our support is delivered in a neuro-affirming way, recognising ADHD as a form of neurodiversity and focusing on strengths, individual needs, and wellbeing.
