Adult Social Care offers support to people over 18, with disabilities, or care needs, to help them remain independent, and do things they want to do. However, many people find that there are solutions to the issues they have in their local communities. They don’t need us to get involved, and we’re happy for people to find other ways to meet their needs. There are many charities, faith groups, and local organisations that offer interesting and useful services, that may be just what you need.
