Appointments

All offices are open by appointment only. 

To make an appointment please telephone the Registration Information Service on 0300 1234 181.

Our phone lines are open:

  • Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri from 9am to 6pm
  • Wednesday from 10am to 6pm

Please note:
Falmouth Registration Office is moving to new premises at Chi Aberfala, Tregenver Road, Falmouth, TR11 2QL. The office will be open for appointments from 4th March 2026 and for ceremonies from 1st April 2026 (civil ceremony licence pending).

Opening hours

Appointments may be booked for the following times:

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday, between 9.30am - 12.00pm and 1.00pm to 3.20pm
  • The registration office is closed on Tuesday and Thursday

Ceremony room

Our ceremony room is currently unavailable.

Disabled access

There is disabled access at the front of the Old Post Office and a lift to the first floor where the registration office is situated.

Parking

Nearest car parks: The Quarry and The Moor. On street disabled parking bays are located nearby.
