Planned Public Transport Service Disruptions

Due to further extension of the roadworks between Singlerose Roundabout and Trezaise service 26 continues to be subject to disruption on journeys towards St Austell. From Tuesday 22nd April the Shuttle bus will no longer operate with most journeys due to be operated by single deck vehicles these will divert via Carbis to Bugle Square and operate through Higher Bugle and Stenalees in the opposite direction to normal the via Treverbyn to Bodmin Blocks re-joining the normal line of route. Stops on the section of route through Kerrow Moor will not be served. This will be reviewed when a date is known for the completion of works on Singlerose Roundabout. The only shuttle bus journey will be on the morning journey to Penrice School which will continue to be a double deck and divert via Lockengate with a separate vehicle provided through Roche.

The journey at 0735 from Launceston to Callington is retimed between Stoke Climsland and Callington Community College to depart Lower Downgate at 0806 and Kelly Bray Post Office at 0813.

From Tuesday 6th through to Friday 30th May a major re-surfacing scheme will be taking place on the A391 North East Distributer Road in St Austell and will have a number of impacts on services. From Tuesday 6th May some journeys are revised during the morning peak. Additionally, the service will be diverted between Carluddon and St Austell during the evening of Thursday 23rd May and all day on Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th May. More details to follow.

From Tuesday 6th through to Friday 30th May a major re-surfacing scheme will be taking place on the A391 North East Distributer Road in St Austell and will have a number of impacts on services. Services 28, 28A and 31 will be subject to diversions. From St Austell buses will turn around at Chapel Fields and proceed via Bucklers Lane, A390 to Tregrehan and continue usual route. Services 28 & 28A will do the reverse towards St Austell. Service 31 towards St Austell will be diverted from Trethurgy Hall down to Tregrehan and join the 28 & 28A diversion route back into St Austell.

From Tuesday 6th through to Friday 30th May a major re-surfacing scheme will be taking place on the A391 North East Distributer Road in St Austell and will have a number of impacts on services. The service will be diverted between Holmbush and Trenowah Road via Bucklers Lane and will be unable to serve stops at Gwallon Keas and Jubilee Meadow but will continue to serve Chapel Fields and Wheal Northey Surgery.

From Tuesday 6th through to Friday 30th May a major re-surfacing scheme will be taking place on the A391 North East Distributer Road in St Austell and will have a number of impacts on services. During these works service 189 will be diverted between Phernyssick Road via Treverbyn Road and will be unable to serve the stops at Burlawn Drive.

Due to a road closure on Trewint Lane buses will divert via Trewiston Lane in both directions.

Due to a road closure on Victoria Road in Camelford buses will be unable to serve the town centre and will start and end journey in Clease Road. Services 55, 95 & 96 that usually operate through Camelford and Slaughterbridge will operate direct from Clease Road to Camelford Station past Sir James Smith School in both directions. Service 97 & 180 will divert through Slaughterbridge past Camelford Station to Clease Road in both directions.

Due to roadworks around Penryn Bridge the bus stops will be suspended and temporary stops located further along Falmouth Road towards Ponsharden.

Due to overnight resurfacing works buses will be unable to serve Victoria Square after 1900 each evening and will be diverted via Morlaix Avenue, St Austell Street, Union Street and Castle Street. This only affects buses leaving Truro towards the Railway Station.

Journeys Serving Humphry Davy School Due to a road closure in Taroveor Road, all services calling at Humphry Davy School will approach from the A30 and turn around and go back to the A30 and then re-joining usual routes at Causeway Head.

Due to a road closure in Taroveor Road, Penzance service 8 will be unable to serve Treneere Estate and will be diverted via the Heamoor Roundabout, Nancealverne and West Cornwall Hospital in both directions.

Due to a road closure on part of Taroveor Road in Penzance, services 16 & 16A will be diverted between Tolver Road and Penzance Bus Station in both directions via Taroveor Road and Mount Street and will be unable to serve West Cornwall Hospital or the town centre.

Due to a road closure on Wharf Road in Penzance between each day between 0930 and 1600 services 1 and 1A will be unable to serve the stops at Jubilee Pool. During these times buses will divert via Alexandra Road and through the town centre.

Due to a road closure under Par Green Railway Bridge buses towards will be unable to serve St Blazey Road and Middleway Garage and will divert via Moorland Road and St Andrews Road in both directions.

Due to a road closure on the B3275 between Brighton Cross and Ladock buses will be unable to serve New Mills and Ladock. Buses will divert via Scarcewater Cross, Grampound Road and A390 to Tresillian and same in reverse in the opposite direction.
