Free Park and Ride

This year Park for Truro is proud to be part of 'Small Business Day' and will be offering free use of both Park and Ride services on Saturday 4th December 2021

This is a great opportunity for you to come and try the service. Simply choose your preferred Park and Ride site (Langarth or Tregurra) park your vehicle and board the bus. You can use the bus as many times as you like for the day.

We look forward to welcoming you on-board. 

Late Night Shopping 2021

Due to the activities of late night shopping, Park and Ride services will be affected by road closures in the City.

  • Friday 19th November between 06:00 and 23:59
  • Wednesday 24th November Between 15:00 and 23:00
  • Wednesday 1st December Between 15:00 and 23:00
  • Wednesday 8th December Between 15:00 and 23:00
  • Wednesday 15th December Between 15:00 and 23:00
  • Wednesday 22nd December Between 15:00 and 23:00

Please note Park and Ride services operate until 21:30 on these days. 

There are also some Saturdays that will be affected.

  • Saturday 27th November Between 06:00 and 19:00
  • Saturday 4th December Between 06:00 and 19:00
  • Saturday 11th December Between 06:00 and 19:00
  • Saturday 18th December Between 06:00 and 19:00

Customers are asked to use The Museum (for Tregurra) or Victoria Square (for Langarth) 

Please note Park and Ride services operate normal Timetable on these days.

Truro Park and Ride Services

Truro's Park and Ride is open Monday to Saturday (except Bank Holidays) unless otherwise specified. There are two sites:

  • Langarth Park (1,209 spaces) on the west of Truro
  • Tregurra Park (1,379 spaces) on the East of Truro

All cars parked in the sites must vacate by 8.30pm. If your vehicle is still parked after this time, you may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN). If you think you will be late, call 0300 123 4100 as soon as possible to arrange the collection of your vehicle.

Tickets

Day tickets are valid on the day of issue and are non-transferable.

You can buy tickets at the ticket machines or the enquiry desk. You can pay by credit or debit card. Multi-day tickets can be credited at the ticket machines on site or via the customer enquiry desk.

Tickets are not available for sale onboard the vehicles.

Only Park and Ride Tickets, Park and Ride Multi-day passes or PlusBus tickets are accepted on the Truro Park and Ride.

It is advised that you register your Multi-Day pass at the ticket office after you have purchased it.

Ticket lost or stolen

If your Multi-Day pass is lost or broken, please contact the Park and Ride team as soon as possible. If you have lost your card it may be used by someone else. The staff at the customer enquiry desk can replace your card but there is a fee of £7. They will also be able to transfer any unused journeys to your new card, as long as your previous card was registered.
