Park for Truro

Legacy First Bus App Tickets

We are aware of an issue affecting customers with valid tickets on the First Bus App.
First Bus has recently updated their ticket app and in doing so, have inadvertently removed all Park and Ride tickets from customer accounts. There are some key steps that need to be taken to partially resolve this.

  1. All customers with valid tickets on the First app must update the app to the latest version.
  2. All customers must then re-login to the app, select any First bus operating area and after a few minutes, your remaining valid tickets will appear in your virtual wallet.(Please note that you must use the same email address as when the tickets were originally purchased)
  3. All customers must then activate tickets as per previous the process which will provide a QR code, this code is currently unable to scan so customers must show the driver the ticket as they board, First Bus are working on a resolution to make the tickets scan.

Drivers and site teams are aware that these tickets are valid and should be accepted for travel on the service.
