If you have a National Concessionary Bus Pass it is important to notify us if your details change. For example, if you move address. New passes and any letters will be sent to the address we hold for you.
Moving address within Cornwall
If you currently have a concessionary bus pass issued by us and are moving to a new address in Cornwall, you can let us know quickly and easily online.
Please note - Before updating your address you will be asked to register for an online account. This is a new account just for managing your bus pass.
Moving to Cornwall from another area
If you are moving to Cornwall from a different area and have a concessionary bus pass issued by a different local authority, you will need to apply for your bus pass from Cornwall Council.
Moving to an address outside Cornwall
If you have a concessionary bus pass issued by us but have moved out of Cornwall, please let us know using our contact form.
My name has changed
Pass to be issued in your new name before the current pass expires
If you have changed your name and wish for a pass to be issued in your new name before your current pass expires, we will be happy to assist. Please call us on 0300 1234 222 for information and to make a payment of £10.60 by debit or credit card.
You will need to make a payment of £10.60 by debit or credit card and also provide evidence of your new name. For example a copy of your;
- Deed poll certificate
- Marriage certificate
- Photocard driving licence
Pass to be issued in your new name after the current pass expires
If you do not immediately require a replacement pass in your new name but would like it changed when your pass is next renewed, you will need to provide evidence of your new name. For example a copy of your;
- Deed poll certificate
- Marriage certificate
Documents can be scanned or photographed and uploaded using our contact form.
A new pass will be issued when your current pass expires.
Please only send us photocopies of your documents. If you send an original document, we will not be able to return this to you unless you ask us to return the document and enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
Passholder has passed away, the card is no longer required or a lost pass has been found
If a passholder has sadly passed away, a card is no longer required or a lost pass has been found. Please let us know using our contact form.
