JustPark Multi-Use tickets

What are Just Park Multi-Use tickets?

We offer Multi-use tickets through the JustPark mobile phone app. The multi-use tickets provide parking sessions in selected long-stay car parks at a reduced rate.

These tickets could be excellent value for money if

  • you regularly commute or
  • you regularly use a specific car park but don't park every day of the week.

Each parking session runs for 24 hours on whichever day its required.

How much can I save?

By buying a multi-use ticket, you will be able to park from:

  • as little as £1.75
  • no more than £2.50 in Truro

How do they work?

You will need a JustPark account and the JustPark app downloaded on your smartphone. You will then need to pre-load your account with sessions. Each car park where multi-use tickets are available, has a daily parking rate. Each day you need to park, you simply book your parking using one of your multi-use sessions using the JustPark app. One session will then be deducted from your account.

For car parks with different Summer and Winter charging tariffs, multi-use tickets are valid for the season they are purchased in. In these car parks, tickets purchased in the Summer Season, 1st April to 31st October, can only be used during this period. Unused sessions will remain valid to be used in the following Summer season. Winter season sessions will need to be purchased from 1st November to 31st March and used during that period. They will also remain valid for use in the following Winter Season.

How do I use multi-use sessions in pay on exit car parks?

You will need to have downloaded the JustPark app so that you can use one of your sessions

On entering the Pay on Exit car park take a ticket from the entry barrier. Then activate a session upon arrival to the car park once you have found a space and parked. If your registration number is not found, you will be alerted and asked to scan your entry ticket.

One of your multi use sessions will be then used as the payment method. You will be able to exit the car park by putting the ticket into the machine beside the exit barrier.

More detailed information can be found in our Pay On Exit Multi-Use sessions step by step guide.

Where can I use multi tickets and how much do they cost?

The JustPark multi-use tickets are available for a lot of our long stay council car parks but they can only be used in the valid car park you have purchased them for.
