Pay online
If you’re paying after the reduced fee date, you’ll have to pay the higher fee and will need to enter that amount. Our system automatically rejects the lower fee if you’ve gone past the reduced fee date.
Pay by phone
Ring our automated phone system any time by calling 0333 023 0202.
Pay by post
Send the payment slip from your penalty charge notice and the payment to Parking Services, PO Box 664, Truro TR1 9DH. Don’t send cash.
Please make cheques payable to Cornwall Council. Cheques made payable to Cornwall County Council or Parking Services cannot be accepted. Please also make sure cheques are:
- signed
- dated
- the relevant PCN number (FA...) either written on the back or on an accompanying letter
Your payment counts as being received when it reaches our payment office – not when you post it. Allow at least two working days for first class post and five working days for second class post for your payment to arrive.
