To login please go to www.cornwall.gov.uk/myaccount. This page also has options to log into other services such as your library account. To log into your web account select the website account log-in option.
1. If you cannot remember your password please click on the link ‘Please use this link to reset your password’
2. Enter your email address, and click on 'Send verification code'
3. Enter your email address and choose 'Send verification code'
3. Open your email account. You will be sent an email from msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com
4. On the next page enter the verification code from the email we sent you
5. Rest your password. Please enter in a password that meets the following criteria:
- Is 8-16 characters long
Your password must also contain 3 of the following 4 character types. A tick will display when your password is secure enough.
- Contain lowercase letters
- Contain uppercase letters
- Contain numbers
- Contain one of the following symbols : ! @ # $ % ^ * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; .
You will see a green tick when you have included all the correct requirements.
7. If you chose use email multi-factor authentication when you registered your account you will now see your account page with all your details.
However, if you chose to register your account with text multi-factor authentication, you will need to confirm your phone number and enter the verification code sent as a text message. You will then be logged into your account page.

If you are looking to comment on a planning application, scroll down the my account page to ‘Planning information’ and click on ‘New search’ to search for a planning application or ‘saved searches’ if you have a saved search showing the applications you are interested in.
