Keeping your information safe is very important to us.
We have added 'Multi Factor Authentication' to the Cornwall Council website login. This is an important step as we add more features for you to your account page.
This means for added security, the next time you login to your account you will be asked to choose a method to verify an account is yours.

After selecting your method, you will be sent a code which you will need to enter to verify you own your account. This method will then be used every time you login
