Attached documents and images must not exceed 10mb in total.
How to check file size:
- On Windows: Right‑click the file then click Properties then check Size.
- On Mac: Right‑click the file and click Get Info then view Size.
- On Mobile: Most gallery apps show the file size in the image details.
If your image is larger than 10MB, try:
- Reducing the resolution
- Saving it as a compressed JPEG
- Cropping unused areas
The information supplied to us may be held on a computer database and passed to
our insurers.
This authority is required by law to protect the public funds it administers and to
this end may use the information you have provided for the prevention and
detection of fraud.
It may share the information with other bodies responsible for auditing or administering public funds for these purposes.
The Cabinet Office requires us to participate in data matching exercises to assist
in the prevention and detection of fraud.
We are required to provide particular sets of data to the Minister for the Cabinet Office for matching for each exercise, which includes Insurance Claim data. The use of the data by the Cabinet Office is carried out with statutory authority under Part 6 of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014. It does not require the consent of the individuals concerned under the Data Protection Act 1998.
