Council tax 2023

The Budget and Council Tax for the 2023/2024 financial year was set on 21 February 2023. This covers the period 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024.  How much is Council Tax going up? 18th century shipwrecked sailor to be buried in local cemetery

The remains of an 18th century shipwrecked sailor are due to be laid to rest at a local cemetery, and a special headstone is being commissioned to mark the grave. In November 2022 the skeletal remains of a male were discovered on the cliff above Newtrain Bay, Trevone, on the north coast. Radiocarbon dating indicated that the remains most likely date from the 18th century. Human remains are often exposed along the shorelin.....

15,000 households to get invite to apply for Cornwall Residents’ Energy Panel
