The North Cornwall Trail from Bodmin to the Devon border is a 40.5 mile (64.6km)mostly on road trail that is suitable for cyclists, walkers and horse riders.

Overlapping with the West Country Way, the first part of the route follows the upper reaches of The Camel Trail out of Bodmin and onto the quiet lanes of Bodmin Moor.

Duties of a HMO licence holder
There are a range of duties that a licence holder must observe.
1. Criminal offence
If a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) requires a licence and doesn't have one, then this is a criminal offence.
It could result in an unlimited fine from the Courts or a civil penalty of £30,000.
If you have applied for a Temporary Exemption Notice or if there is a reasonableexplanation,the Council may be able to reconsider their action......

Identity, Ethnicity, Language and Religion
These statistics should not be compared to the Indices of Multiple Deprivation in England statistics.
The IMD is an area-based index of deprivation whereas the census deprivation statistics are at a household level. The IMD remains the primary indicator to measure deprivation as it uses a much larger basket of indicators across broader themes. The next IMD release is expected in September 2023.
