Navigating the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) system can be challenging for parents and carers. It can be confusing to know where to go for help and who to talk to. The different processes and words used can also be difficult to understand. Good communication helps us understand your needs and the information you require.
We are a team of SEND System Navigators. We provide SEND-based information and often act as a first point of contact for families of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
