If your Stage 1 Appeal relates to multiple children, please submit a separate Stage 1 Appeal for each child.
Please do not submit your appeal until all supporting evidence you wish to provide is available. It is your responsibility to source and submit supporting evidence, where necessary - the Transport Coordation Service will not source this on your behalf. If supporting evidence is submitted at a later date, the number of working days the Local Authority have to consider your appeal will be reset.

- When asked for an address enter a postcode, click Find to search, then select the address.
- The information you provide must be accurate. The Council has a duty to protect public funds. If false information is found to have been given, the Council will take appropriate action.
