Stage 2 Appeal - Travel Assistance

If your Stage 1 Appeal relates to multiple children, please submit a separate Stage 1 Appeal for each child.

Please do not submit your appeal until all supporting evidence you wish to provide is available.
It is your responsibility to source and submit supporting evidence, where necessary - the Transport Coordation Service will not source this on your behalf.  If supporting evidence is submitted at a later date, the number of working days the Local Authority have to consider your appeal will be reset.
