This privacy notice applies to the council’s use of any and all of the data provided by you or collected by the council in relation to this campaign. We will not use of share your data with any third parties. The information you provide will be used by Cornwall Council’s Communications and Engagement team to promote a cleaner, greener Cornwall.
We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018. If you have any concerns the council’s Data Protection Officer can be contacted via DPO@cornwall.gov.uk
We will only hold your name on our database until you request to be removed. We may also anonymise some personal data you provide to us. This is to ensure that you cannot be identified. We may use this for statistical analysis of data to allow the council to effectively target and plan the provision of services.
