Can I recycle it?
Paper based cards can be recycled, along with their envelopes. Any embellishments such as ribbon or glitter cannot be recycled and should be removed first by simply tearing off that section of the card. Batteries should also be removed from musical cards and disposed of at battery recycling points.

It’s a good idea to check that you have used up all of your old cards before buying new ones. Alternatively, you can send e-cards to your friends and family.

For safety reasons, no public pedestrian access is allowed through the entrance or exit gates at any of our household waste recycling centres.
Only waste from households in Cornwall can be taken to these sites. Commercial waste is not accepted at any recycling centre.
