Please reuse your old bin or sack if you can
If you've been using your own bin or protective sack to put your rubbish out in for collection on the current service, you won't be able to use it once the new service starts.
This is because we'll only collect waste put out in the new food waste collection caddy, wheelie bin or protective sack we give you to use with the new service.

Consider reusing your old bin as;
- a garden water butt
- a compost bin
- a place to store firewood
- or for rinsing out wet suits
If you can't reuse it, we can collect and - where possible - recycle it once your new service has started and you've switched to using the new bins we've given you.
Sign up for us to recycle your old bin
The deadline has now passed for people in South East Cornwall to sign up for us to collect and recycle their old bin.
Please consider reusing your old bin for something else, like a garden water butt, a compost bin, a place to store firewood or for rinsing wet suits.
If you can't reuse it, please take it to your Household Waste and Recycling Centre.
The sign up form will soon be available for people living in West Cornwall.
Once you've signed up using the form below, we'll send you a reminder at the start of the week we collect your bin, so you know when to leave it out for us.
Please note, we will only collect one bin or sack for recycling per household. If you have more than one, please take it to your Household Waste and Recycling Centre.
