You may be able to apply for future funding for your neighbourhood plan. The Department for Levelling Up, Homes and Communities have not yet confirmed funding support for 2024-2025. However, we anticipate that it will be similar to the funding approved last year.
For 2023-2024, DLUHC confirmed funding for neighbourhood planning groups as follows:
- All groups were eligible for basic grant funding of £10,000
- Some groups could apply for additional grant funding of £8,000
- Eligible groups facing more complex issues could also apply for technical support
The Council is responsible for the costs of the independent examination and the public referendum. Other costs will need to be met by the parish council.
