The information you provide is being collected by Adult Social Care. This is to help the Feedback Team make the right decisions about the type of action we need to take. We may share this information with other relevant professionals depending on the nature of your complaint. It may also be used for service delivery and planning. We will hold the information provided in a secure environment in line with our retention policy. After that time it will be destroyed in a secure manner.
