The report focused the following themes:
- values and culture, including bullying, harassment and discrimination
- training and skills
- fairness and diversity
- leadership
The report identified 35 recommendations and 19 of those for Chief Fire Officers to action. We will be reporting our services’ progress to His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS) and publishing our updates.
