Set up your online account and log in


You can set up your account in a few simple steps:

  1. enter your email address
  2. set a password, and
  3. a security question ( which you’ll use if you forget your password)
  4. submit the online form

Once you have submitted the form, we will send you a verification email with a link to active your account.

  • Select the link or copy and paste the web address into your internet browser to activate your account
  • If you do not receive an email and you have checked your junk folder, you’ll need to register again

Log in

After logging in for the first time, you will need to update your personal details.

This includes:

  1. your name
  2. address, and
  3. contact details

After adding your personal details, you can link your council tax, housing benefits and business rates, if applicable to your account.
