Go paperless to receive your bill by email

Due to essential maintenance Council tax and benefit forms may have a short interruption between 6-8pm on Tuesday 21 May. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

How to sign up to receive your Council Tax bill by email

You'll need to either sign into your online account, or you'll need to sign up for an online account if you don't already have one.

Once you're signed into your account:

  1. Click My Services
  2. Click Show Details
  3. Click E-billing
  4. Confirm that you have read the terms and conditions
  5. Enter your email address and select Email with link
  6. Verify your email. If it appears that you've not received an email, remember to check your junk folder

Receiving your ebills

Once your bill has been issued, we’ll send you an email advising you that an electronic copy of your bill is available for you to view using the link included with the email, by logging into your account.

You’ll be able to view any changes to your account straight away. Please note that any recovery documents such as reminders and summonses will still be sent through the post.

Changing your ebilling account

If you want to change your email address:

  1. Click My Services
  2. Click Show Details
  3. Click Amend your paperless billing subscription
  4. Enter your new email address
  5. Confirm that you have read the term and conditions

Print your bill

If you need a paper copy of your bill:

  1. Click on the middle tab ‘My Services’
  2. Scroll down to the Council tax box and click on ‘Show Details’
  3. Scroll down the page and click the ‘Correspondence’ tab
  4. You will see a table with your bills with dates, click ‘View’ (to see your bill)
  5. Your printer options should then become available for you to print a PDF version of your bill to the printer of your choice.
