Council Tax Bands 2024


On 20th February 2024 Cornwall Council set its budget and council tax for 2024/25.

Cornwall Council has approved an increase of 4.99% for its element of the Council Tax charge. This equates to an additional £89.96 on a Band D charge. This includes 2% to help fund Adult Social Care services.

The Devon and Cornwall Police and Crime Commissioner has chosen to increase their element of the Council Tax by 4.95%, whilst the average Town and Parish Council charge has increased by 11.62% for 2024/25.
