Most households in Council Tax band A to D properties will qualify for this rebate.
Please be aware second homes, houses in multiple occupation and empty properties will not be eligible for the payment.

Payments currently being made and will continue to be made through May to eligible households
Please do not contact us to chase this payment, we will be in touch with you.
How will you make the payment?
If you pay by Direct Debit, we will pay the money into your bank account using the details we currently hold.
The name on your Direct Debit instruction must match names on the Council Tax account.
We have to be sure these payments are being made to someone actually living in the property.
Therefore, we may contact you and ask how you would like to receive the payment.
We will be using the same process for people who do not pay by Direct Debit.
If you don't pay by direct debit
You will receive a letter or email from us with some more information about how to apply for the payment. However, you do not need to wait for this letter or email to arrive, you can use the form below to ask for the rebate by;
