Cornwall Council’s Licensing Service offers assistance for all applications under the Licensing Act 2003.

The Licensing Act 2003 requires that certain applications are copied to a list of Responsible Authorities. The full list of responsible authorities, with contact details, is at Appendix L in the Council’s Licensing Policy.
