Travelling from Truro A390
On approaching St Austell from Truro via the A390 there are brown tourist signs directing you to the Polkyth Leisure Centre. Follow these signs and when turning off the main road into the complex do not go left over the road humps - there is a car park immediately to the right. Drive across this car park, keeping Carlyon House on your left and the Registration Office is in the far corner.
The St Austell Registration Office is located within the same complex as the swimming pool (Polkyth Leisure Centre). It is 250 yards from St Austell Library and 500 yards from St Austell train station.
This is a different location to the Restormel Borough Council Offices.
